1. Agent Leaders:

Are you tired of the status quo? Ready to shake off bad habits or learn good ones from scratch? We are looking for aggressive agents to:
  • Convert deals from our ongoing lead flow
  • Help us build our listings database
  • Get signs out in the field
We’ll guarantee you rental leads all spring and summer and give you all the technical tools you need to successfully list property right away. How much money you make will depend on your motivation to chase deals both big and small.

2. WOC (West of the Canal) Team Leader:

Are you business minded and willing to roll up your sleeves? Are you an entrepreneur? Want to build a team? We have the best Web domains and that translates into guaranteed lead flow for you immediately. We have all the tools for you to compete with the best in the business for listings, and a strategy with a competitive edge. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Manage all WOC lead flow
  • Help us build our listings database
  • Get signs out in the field
  • Build a sales/rental team of 3-5 persons
For the right individual we are prepared open and equip a satellite office in WHB.

3. Director of Commercial and Land:

Can you sell? Do you want to become one of the premier commercial property listors on the east end? Can you be a product evangelist? Do you love technology? Would you never (or very rarely) take “No” for an answer?

So here’s your market: From Montauk to Westhampton and the North Fork too there are thousands of commercial property owners who are either interested in renting or selling their properties. You will be calling these owners systematically and introducing our commercial product to them while trying to arrange meetings to present and list properties.

We need to build a commercial owner database. We offer our platform to them and use it to develop one to one marketing channels. This is a relationship position. Your primary responsibility will be staying in touch. Initially you’ll spend a lot of time in the field just finding the listings, taking photos, calling on signs. You’ll always be convincing other brokers with exclusive listings to post their properties on the site. Open listings you post yourself and hopefully get a sign in the window.

We’ll support you with direct mail, advertising and our initial commercial owner DB from which you can get started. Any inquiries for commercial property will come to you.
