Once you complete the account registration form you will be directed to the listing process, which generally takes about ten minutes to complete.

After you finish the listing process your property is placed in a holding bin, technically called “Pending Review” where our managers double check the details of your listing, make sure it complies with applicable real estate laws and make corrections as needed. If everything is in order your listing is quickly approved and is displayed on our website for the public to view.

Simply log back into the website using your username (the email address you registered with us in creating your account) and password. You’ll be directed to your control panel where you can make any changes you would like to your listing. Not technically. If you want to be sure that the other agencies have your listing we recommend you call them directly to list your property. That said many of our Landlords use Hamptons Rentals to update agencies that don’t technically have their listings. Sometimes those agencies call us asking for homeowner contact info so that they can formally take your listing. In that case, we’ll usually call you to confirm it’s OK to release your phone number and assuming it is we will happily pass it on to our cooperating agents and their brokers.

No. Advertising and using the tools on the website is free.At the end of the day we are Realtors. If we secure a tenant for your home we are paid a fee by the Landlord with the renters down payment or first payment.

Absolutely. At your control panel you have the option of changing the status of your property at any time including listing it as “off the market,” or “fully rented” which would keep all information in our database for you to re-activate at any time. You can also delete your property from our database entirely, but we can’t imagine why you would want to unless it has sold.
